Publication Guidelines for Conference Papers & Poster Presentations

Research Paper Publication

• All accepted and selected research papers presented at the conference will be published in recognized, subject-specific peer-reviewed journals of Gujarat University.
• The journals are:
• ISSN registered
• Peer-reviewed
• Indexed in reputed indexing databases
• Assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for each published research paper
• Research papers may be published under two modes:
• 1.Conference Proceedings (Full Paper Processing)
• 2.Peer-Reviewed Research Journals (as per journal scope, quality, and reviewer recommendations)
• Final publication will be subject to:
• Successful peer-review
• Compliance with journal editorial and ethical standards
• Submission of revised manuscripts as per reviewer comments

Poster Presentation Publication

• All accepted poster presentations will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
• The proceedings will be:
• ISBN registered
• Published as an official conference publication
• Poster abstracts will be included as part of the ISBN-registered proceedings volume.

General Publication Notes

• Publication decisions are made by the Editorial Board and Review Committee.
• Gujarat University reserves the right to:
• Assign papers to appropriate journals or proceedings
• Reject manuscripts that do not meet publication standards
• Authors are responsible for ensuring:
• Originality of content
• Proper citations and plagiarism compliance
• Adherence to formatting and submission guidelines
